Relieving burnout / depression / alienation;
How do we increase our capacity to organize through self-care and mutual support within our movements?

  • Being aware of how much time and effort you can give, being able to say ‘NO’
  • De-stressing “tactics” are different for different people, allowing others to relax in their own way i.e. lots of sleep, narcotics, friends/alone
  • Respecting emotional, physical, spiritual boundaries, offering support/comfort, being present
  • Games, sports, socials, food
  • Group structures that put responsibilities mostly on a few people
  • Mentor each other to revive your spirit
